ReTimer SD and ReTimer HD are plug-in for After Effects, or any other application supporting After Effects plug-in. They are
available on both Windows and Mac platforms . Most importantly, unlike ReTimer 2.5, these plug-in DOES NOT provide any vector-tweaking tool to edit the motion vectors.
