Perennial Professional Enhancements:
* Integrated Credit Card Processing: Perennial. Pro has
the capability to interface with PCCharge Pro to process
credit cards over the internet. A high speed internet
connection is not required, but is strongly recommended.
PCCharge Pro is sold and installed separatly from Perennial.
Pro.
* Customer Tracking/Setup: Perennial. Pro's Customer
Setup allow you to keep track of your customer's sales and
contact information. Perennial. Pro also has webcam support
to allow you to save a picture of the customer right into
their customer record. At Point-of-Sale the customer ID can
be used to track sales... and process Store Credit transactions.

* Milti-Tax: The Multi-Tax feature of Perennial. Pro
allows users to apply multiple taxes to each item sold by
default. This is especially handy in Canada when a PST or
GST tax is applied on top of the local tax.
* Accounts Payable: This module is used to keep track of
your businesses expenses. The End-Of-Day report and Yearly
Profit Breakdown report will show total sales, total payables,
and a Daily Cash Flow amount so you will know exactly how
your business performs.
* Accounts Receivable (AR): This feature will allow
businesses to sell items on credit and take payment at a later
date.
* Added an area in the Inventory Setup to enter a SIM
Code. This code is used to link similar items together. When
searching for an item the user can select an item in the
list, click Find Similar, and a list of similar items will
be displayed on the screen.
* Invoice Notes: The Notes feature allows users to add
notes to an invoice. The notes will print at the bottom of
the receipt.
* Suspend Sale: This feature will be used as a work order
system or simply to suspend a sale when the customer has to
"run out to their car quick".
* Disable/enable certain End of day reports.
* Shortcut keys are available in the Setup areas.
* An image has been added to Inventory Setup and the POS
screen. - This feature will let users see the product on the
screen to ensure they are selling the correct product. This
is especially helpful when doing an item search.
* Print POS receipts on demand
* Supports the Dymo LabelWriter label printer. This
printer is inexpensive and can be used to print barcode labels
using custom templates. (Dymo software must be installed.
The Dymo software comes with the printer)
* Allows printing of your custom logo on full page invoices.
