Alienbrain is a multi-user file management software solution optimized
for media content. It lets you import, version, manage and share any
kind of file.
Its functionality is a superset of digital asset management (DAM) and
software configuration management (SCM) systems.
Alienbrain is the de facto industry standard for file management in
professional media and entertainment projects.
Alienbrain has two primary components: a central server that manages
a high-volume asset repository and the client applications that users
access on their desktops to get to the assets they need.

file management, version control, change management, configuration
